Texas Society of CPAs announces new officers
Anderson will serve a one-year term as the society's volunteer leader and will chair the organization's board of directors, which sets policy, manages programs, and oversees activities designed to serve Texas CPAs.
Joining Anderson as TSCPA officers are C. Jeff Gregg, chairman-elect, Wichita Falls; Marshall Pitman, secretary, San Antonio; Bradley D. Brown, treasurer, Beaumont; and Richard Baumeister, treasurer-elect, Fort Worth.
Along with Anderson, Gregg, Pitman, Brown, and Baumeister, the following Texas CPAs will serve on the TSCPA Executive Board:

Anderson is currently with Jones & Company, an accounting firm in El Paso. Prior to working at Jones & Company, Anderson spent two years with the Big 4 firm KPMG. In addition to being a CPA, she has also served on boards for the following organizations: Race for the Cure, Cancer Treatment, Planned Parenthood, West Texas Urban Forestry Council, and CASA of El Paso.
She is a graduate of the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in history and she became a CPA after completing her required accounting hours at the University of Texas at El Paso.
