The firm has announced that Joseph Ahn, William Conron, Mary Brislin, Scott Gallagher, Albert Salem, and Kfir Ribak will be admitted into the firm's partnership. Additionally, Craig Jacobson will become a principal in the firm.
This year's promotions to director include Andrew Adler and Kellen Prince. Michael Dooley was also promoted to director of Citrin Cooperman Wealth Management.

Caglioti is a graduate of Villanova University and is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Nicastro has over twenty-five years of public accounting and tax experience with clients in a wide variety of industries, including medical, hospitality, and mobile and online technology companies. Additionally, he spent over three years as an IRS agent, where he conducted in-depth tax examinations of individuals and closely held companies. Nicastro received a BS in accounting from Saint Joseph's University and an MS in taxation from Widener University. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

was selected to share her expertise as part of a strategic panel at the national 2013 Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) Summit. The conference was held at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada, June 10-13 with a theme of "Win Your Race: Inspire Innovation. Realize Results."
The conference was held in partnership with the AICPA Practitioners Symposium and Tech+ Conference. The three-day event hosted more than 1,400 attendees with over 400 marketing professionals. The program addressed marketers of every level from first-year to experienced veterans.
Gill's session titled "Becoming a Strategic Advisor: Lessons Learned from a Marketer" highlighted four professionals in the accounting marketing field, including representatives from various-size firms: national, regional, small, but in major market, and a small local firm.
Gil represented the regional firm with the experience of not only an accounting firm, but a large family of companies, with LBMC's extensive specialties. Panelists fielded questions from an audience of more than 400 on their career experiences and new challenges in the industry.

Knapper's session, "You're Sitting on a Goldmine: How to Take Existing Clients to a New Level of Service and Finish the Race," focused on developing authentic and personal relationships with clients and earning the opportunity to introduce additional service lines to your existing client base.

Lovin's presentation topic covered the key concepts to consider in the valuation of closely held companies.
Lovin concentrates his practice on valuation and litigation matters involving a variety of industries. He has been qualified as an expert witness on numerous occasions and is engaged in complex litigation cases requiring a determination of business valuation and economic damages. Those cases have included actions resulting from breach of contract, unfair competition, intellectual property infringement, and shareholder disputes. He also performs fraud examinations with substantial experience in embezzlement and financial reporting cases.

Fulkerson plans to graduate in December 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a Hope Scholarship recipient and member of the Dean's List. Previously, Fulkerson worked for Ben's Brands for Less, Sandy Springs, Georgia, where she assisted with posting payroll for over fifty employees, trained on accounts payable using Great Plains, assisted with performing a check run and matching checks. She served on the Sponsorship Committee of Shop with a Bulldawg, where she solicited donations and sponsorships from the community and personally helped raise funds and allocate the spending of funds for a child's Christmas. She also helped monitor 200 children while distributing food to over fifty women and children.
Yealy also plans to graduate in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in psychology. She has been a member of the Dean's List for the past four semesters, and for the last four years. Yealy is the vice president of finance for Delta Delta Delta Sorority, a student academic advisor, a participant in the PwC xACT Case Competition, a member of the Accounting Society, and a facilitator for PREPARE. She also completed a six-week course in managerial accounting in several countries including: Scotland, Ireland, England, France, Spain, and Italy.
Irons plans to graduate in May 2014 with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in French. He is a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity; a supervisor with Alabama's Intramural Sports; and a volunteer/mentor with One Place Mentoring Program in Tuscaloosa, where he served as a mentor to underprivileged fourth grade students. He is also a member of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, Sigma Alpha Lambda National Leadership and Honors Organization, University Honors Program, President's List, and Dean's List.
