2013 Day 18: Celebratory Split-Squat Jumps

Step 1: Stand with your feet hip-width apart.

Step 2: Step the left leg back two feet and balance on the ball of the foot.

Step 3: Lower into a lunge, bending both knees.

Step 4: Jump up with your arms air, as if in celebration.

Step 5: While in the air, switch feet, then land with your left foot in front and your right leg behind. Be sure land with your knees bent.

Step 6: Repeat 10-12 times on each side.
