Moody joins Condley and Company as an audit-in-charge in the firm's Banking Services Group. Moody is a 1996 graduate of the University of Arizona where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Hayunga has been promoted to audit senior. His accounting experience includes general audits, pension plan audits, reviews, and tax preparation. He is involved in several industry concentrations, including employee benefit and pension plans, automotive dealerships, and construction.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College.
Mikharava has been promoted to audit senior-in-charge. Her accounting experience includes general audits, reviews, and tax preparation. She is involved in several industry concentrations, including CBM's largest not-for-profit organizations, HUD audits, and private businesses.

Brown founded Copper Beech Wealth Management in 2009. Peter Rabinowitz, JD
, has joined J.H. Cohn's State and Local Tax ("SALT") Practice
as a director in its New York office. With more than thirty years' experience, he brings tremendous knowledge, expertise, and practical experience in addressing complex New York State and City tax matters.
Before joining J.H. Cohn, Rabinowitz served in a number of tax positions in New York City's Finance and Law Departments, representing the city in over 500 hearings, and most recently held the position of chief of audit operations. While with the New York City Department of Finance, he was an original drafter of the rules and regulations for both the New York City Tax Tribunal and the Conciliations Bureau. While with the New York City Law Department, Rabinowitz served as acting division chief of the tax and bankruptcy litigation division and argued numerous cases at the New York court appeals.
He graduated from New York University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, received his Juris Doctor from the New York University School of Law, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
J. Chris Crowder, CPA, CIA, has been promoted to a senior manager in audit. He has been with LBMC for seven years and has diversified experience across a broad spectrum of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, governmental, service industry, and technology in financial audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal audit procedures.
Meredith Douglas, CPA, has been promoted to a senior manager in audit. The Chattanooga office of LBMC has signed a lease to occupy approximately 11,000 square feet of space in the newly renovated Liberty Tower building in downtown Chattanooga in December 2012.
