Day 52: Exercising Your Mind
Today's workplace fitness break is geared toward providing quick mind benders you can use as breaks whenever you have a free moment or just need to cleanse your mind. Think of these as those little dishes of sherbet they serve between courses at nice restaurants.
Step 1: Start by putting aside your work. Close the file folders, grab a snack or a beverage, don't look at e-mail for a few minutes, maybe even let the phone go to voice mail.
Step 2: Check out the following sites for brain teasers, mental challenges, puzzles, or even grab the puzzle page of today's newspaper (you still get a newspaper, right?).
