Day 37: Sit Down and Thin Your Thighs

Today's office exercise works the muscles in your calves, thighs, and butt and can easily be accomplished without any equipment.
Step 1: Stand up with your back facing your chair and reach your arms out to each side, palms down.
Step 2: Moving in slow motion and keeping your back straight, bend your knees and lower yourself until you're sitting down in your chair.
Step 3: Continuing in slow motion, raise yourself out of your chair but only until you're halfway to a full standing position.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 20 times.
