The exercises on this site are designed to invigorate the entire body. The entire Office Chair Workout is a 12-exercise plan. Here is one of the exercises.
Step 1: Stand up facing your desk chair.
Step 2: Lean forward placing your hands on the chair (or the arms of the chair, if your chair has arms), with your back parallel to the floor.
Step 3: Extend your right leg back so that you make a straight line from your shoulders to your heels.
Step 4: Return your leg to the floor.
Step 5: Repeat 15 times.
Step 6: Switch to your left leg and repeat 15 more times.
