Vrakas/Blum sponsors new business building at University of Wisconsin-Whitewater
The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (UW-Whitewater) recently announced the opening of Timothy J. Hyland Hall, home to the university’s
Hyland Hall, named after Timothy J. Hyland, a 1982 accounting graduate who made a significant monetary contribution to the building, opened its doors to students at the beginning of the fall 2009 semester at UW-Whitewater. The 180,000 square-foot, $41.5 million building is more than twice the size of the former business building and offers 50 percent more classroom space. The building also includes 34 flat and tiered classrooms, three computer labs, two 150-seat lecture halls, one seminar room, and four student project rooms.
