This is a reminder that Amnesty began September 1st for the following states:
DELAWARE [1](September 1 through October 30, 2009)
LOUISIANA [2] (September 1 through October 31, 2009)
MAINE [3] (September 1 through November 30, 2009)
MARYLAND [4] (September 1 through October 30, 2009)

REMINDER:
OREGON's [5] amnesty program begins October 1st and runs through November 19, 2009.
