Former Enron Exec Concludes GSCPA Centennial Events

The events marking the Centennial Year of the Georgia Society of Certified Accountants (GSCPA) concludes today with a Distinguished Speakers Dinner featuring author and former Enron executive Lynn Brewer. An internationally recognized speaker and consultant in the area of corporate governance emphasizing reputation risk management and ethical literacy. She is the author of “House of Cards: Confessions of an Enron Executive.”

Attendees to this event are anticipated to represent more than 65 public accounting firms, 35 companies and 15 colleges and universities from across Georgia. The GSCPA is the premier professional organization for more than 10,000 certified public accountants in Georgia.

Today’s event is the sixth Distinguished Speakers Dinner hosted by the GSCPA. A question and answer session will conclude the program, which will be held at the Grand Hyatt Buckhead in Atlanta, Georgia.
