Long Island CPA firms merge

Seckendorf Hasson & Reilly, LLP and its affiliate, LL Business Management, Inc., have merged with Eliot H. Lebenhart, CPA to form a Long Island based sports and entertainment accounting, tax, and consulting firm effective January 29, 2009. The merger creates a combined firm of $3.7 million in annual fees, making it one of the area's premier firms focused on serving the business and financial advisory needs of sports and entertainment based clients.

The combined organization will work together under the name of Lebenhart, Seckendorf, Hasson & Reilly, CPAs, LLC with offices in Lake Success, NY and Los Angeles, CA.
