J.H. Cohn Elects Four To Leadership Positions

Kimberly Brandley provides audit, accounting and consulting services to privately-held middle market companies in the technology, distribution, manufacturing, retail, and professional services industries. In addition, she manages the relationships with clients in the Firm’s not-for-profit area of specialization. Based in the Firm’s Lawrenceville, NJ office, Brandley graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Mercer County Camber of Commerce, the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, and the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce.
Kelly A. O’Callaghan possesses more than 10 years of accounting, audit and tax advisory services in the distribution, hospitality, not-for-profit, construction and real estate industries. A graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, O’Callaghan, who works from the Firm’s Roseland office, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce.
William D. (Bill) Pidgeon provides accounting, audit, tax and consulting services to hedge funds (including offshore entities), broker dealers and Registered Investment Advisers from
J.H. Cohn’s Roseland office. As one of the lead team members in the financial services group, Pidgeon is responsible for auditing year-end financial statements and net capital requirements, assessing internal control procedures and determining the most advantageous tax structures for the Firm’s clients. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from King’s College and is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Kelly Frank, co-director of the not-for-profit group at J.H. Cohn, has more than 12 years diversified public accounting experience with an extensive background in providing audit, accounting and tax services to not-for-profit clients. In addition to not-for-profit entities, her areas of expertise includes the construction industry. She has also been involved in the audit of pension plans and 5500 filings and has significant experience with the non-profit audit guidelines dealing with non-profit agencies. She received her undergraduate degree from Montclair State College. Frank, who resides in J.H. Cohn’s Roseland office, is on the Mental Health Association of New Jersey’s board of directors and is a member of the advisory board of PDI’s global nonprofit newsletter.
