Atlanta accountant earns CPA designation

The Atlanta office of public accounting firm Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC, one of the Southeast’s ‘Top Four’ accounting and business consulting firms and a top 40 firm nationally, has announced that Samuel H. French has earned his CPA designation.

A resident of Atlanta and native of Cleveland, Tennessee, French joined the firm in 2004. He holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.

As senior accountant in Carr, Riggs & Ingram – Atlanta’s audit and assurance department, French works with clients in manufacturing, distribution, franchising and service industries, as well as nonprofit entities.

French is currently the chair of the Young CPA section of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, of which he is an active member, and a lead member of CRI-Atlanta’s recruiting team. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Association Executives.

Carr, Riggs & Ingram employs over 550 professionals in 16 offices across Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
