Top 40 accounting firms ranked in new guide
The firms appearing in the guide are chosen based on the results of Vault's employee surveys, the opinions of industry leaders, and various factual data, including firm size in terms of annual revenue.
In total, 1,432 industry professionals filled out Vault's Accounting Survey from November 2007 through February of this year. Survey participants rated the firms with which they were familiar, excluding their own, on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most prestigious. Vault averaged the prestige scores for each firm and ranked the Top 40 in order, with the highest average score belonging to our No. 1 firm: Deloitte.
