St. Louis CPA firms announce merger
"Both of our firms share an industry specialization in dealerships," adds DKW co-founder Dave Keller. "Together as LarsonAllen, we'll have one of the largest dealership practices in the nation." DKW's other clientele are in the manufacturing, health care, construction, real estate, and nonprofit industries, all of which are also established practice areas within LarsonAllen.
"Joining LarsonAllen gives our people greater career opportunities. It will allow us to focus on our clients because we can now leave the operational aspects of running a firm to professionals within LarsonAllen," states Wiggins. "Our personnel will be able to seek out practice growth opportunities with clients and contacts in other established LarsonAllen industries, and attract clients with multiple locations throughout the country."
"We've had a long standing working relationship with DKW, and it's a natural fit with our shared automotive client base," states LarsonAllen dealership principal Terry Werner. "The combined firm will dramatically expand the depth of our industry expertise and improve our practice development reach."
DKW brings 25 additional people to LarsonAllen's St. Louis location. "LarsonAllen has been recognized as a great place to work and we're excited to be a part of this growing firm," adds Keller.
