Call Is On For Entrepreneur of the Year
Winners walk away with a lot more than an award. Improved banking relationships, access to venture capital, local and national media attention, stock visibility, and enhanced employee morale are a few of the fringe benefits that come with winning.
Owners and managers who are primarily responsible for the growth of a company are eligible for the award. Their companies must have been operating for at least two years. If the company is publicly-held, the founder must be an active member in top management. There’s no fee for nominations, which must be received by April 7, 2000. Awards in 46 major markets will be presented to entrepreneurs who have demonstrated excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
If you have an entrepreneur you would like to nominate go for it! Also keep in mind that local awards events are a great way for you to help your clients get in front of the press and media and for you to enhance your existing client relationship.
