Kaplan Introduces New CPA Exam Study Tools
The rising demand, and corresponding salary increases, for CPAs is making some professionals rethink their decision not to sit for the test. To help students and non-CPA professionals prepare for the rigorous CPA exam, Kaplan, Inc. has launched two new online resources as part of the Kaplan CPA Review.
The Kaplan CPA Review is a comprehensive resource for those preparing to take the CPA exam. Among the tools available are CD-ROM lessons, actual exam simulations, and an activity planner to help structure daily study activities. All can be personalized to the individual needs of the candidate and are available either as a comprehensive set or as individual packages for each section of the exam. The two new resources are the “40-Question Testlet” and “Navigate the CPA Exam”.
The “40-Question Testlet” offers prospective CPAs immediate scoring and feedback to ten multiple choice questions from each of the four sections of the CPA exam. “Navigate the CPA Exam” is an online guide that walks candidates through the paperwork, location requirements and other applications processes required to sit for the exam.
“In today’s increasingly complex regulatory environment, Kaplan is designing Products which will help students prepare for the accounting industry’s demands,” said Dr. Andrew Temte, President of Kaplan CPA Review.
