As a way to recruit new employees into the firm and maximize its efforts, Ernst & Young [1] will post more than 600 new jobs each month through the CareerBuilder [2] network and its affiliates.
Since the firm began using the online recruiting Web site, the number of applicants has dramatically increased by 3,000. Ernst & Young hopes to fill 4000 new jobs in 2000.
It's a win-win situation for CareerBuilder as well, who hopes to cash in on the popularity of EY's job openings by strengthening its ties to the finance, business and accounting industries.
