Chicago CPA firms merge

Chicago area-based public accounting firm Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond, LTD. has announced its recent merger with Wolf, Weis and Horowitz, LLC.

The two firms will operate under the name Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond and will do business in the Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond offices in Schaumburg, IL.

Fifteen firm members from Wolf, Weis and Horowitz were absorbed into the merged practice, including three partners, three administrative staff, and nine professionals, according to Allen Kutchins, managing shareholder of Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond.

"We are two firms with compatible philosophies and a desire to ensure succession," explained Kutchins.
