Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and get ready to march.

Step 2: First, raise both arms up to shoulder height, palms down.

Step 3: Lift your right knee up and touch your right palm.

Step 4: Repeat on the other side.

Step 5: March as fast as you can for 5-10 minutes.
