Step 1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Step 2: Pump both arms over your head for 30 seconds like you're "raising the roof."

Step 3: Then, quickly tap your feet on the floor, as if running through tires, for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Repeat the exercise for 3-5 minutes.
