Step 1: Find an object that can be squeezed – a rolled-up towel, a roll of paper towels, or even a sweater.
Step 2: Place the object between your knees. Sit up straight with your abs tucked in.
Step 3: Squeeze the object with full force, hold for 5 seconds, then release.
Step 4: Do 3 sets of 20 reps.
