Step 1: Stand with your legs straight and your feet shoulder-width apart.
Step 2: Let your body hang forward and touch as far down on your body as you can.
Step 3: Take your right hand and touch your left toe, then take your left hand and touch your right toe.
Step 4: Stand up.
Step 5: Repeat ten to twenty times.
