It's time to release all that tension building in your upper body. This exercise will also provide a nice stretch for the sides of your body. After "picking some cherries," you'll be ready to get back to it!
Step 1: Stand up straight, using good posture, with your feet slightly apart.
Step 2: Lift both arms up above your head, keeping your shoulders down.
Step 3: Begin reaching higher toward the ceiling, alternating arms, as if picking cherries off a tree. Hold the position for five seconds each time you reach up.
Step 4: Repeat twenty times.
