If you follow these 8 tips from Cindy, you’ll feel great and look great in no time. No excuses – let’s get started!
Tip 1: Drink 90 ounces of water every day. Keep a water bottle at your desk and get up to refill it throughout the day. This keeps you feeling full, healthier, and gives you more energy. In the end, it will help you lose weight. Do it!
Tip 2: Stand while you're on the phone. Every bit of movement helps.
Tip 3: Perform 100 jumping jacks every hour. By the end of the week, you'll have burned an extra 800 calories! That's a workout session at the gym you didn't get to this week.
Tip 4: Walk up and down a few floors as much as you can in a day. This will wake you up, burn extra calories, and give you more energy.
Tip 5: Walk with your coworkers at lunch, even if you only have 30 minutes. Get a buddy and make each other do it. You'll be happier and feel better about yourself!
Tip 6: Make all your meals for the next day the night before. Make sure all your meals have a good carb (brown rice/oatmeal/fruit); a good protein (egg whites/lean chicken/beans); and a good fat (low-salt almonds/almond butter/omega 369 oil or capsules). I sell an amazing oil on my website that I love! Make sure to eat every 3 hours to promote a healthy metabolism!
Tip 7: Perform triceps chair dips every hour. Sit at the edge of your chair with your hands on the edge and fingertips pointing down. Lift your butt up and off the front of the chair with your arms straight. Lower your butt toward the floor until your elbows are no more than a 90-degree angle, return to your starting position and repeat. Try for 10 to 20 every hour. When you wave, your arms won't wave back at you anymore!
Tip 8: Meet a coworker at least twice a week before work to work out. Being accountable is the best way to stay in shape.
