You can firm up loose and tired-looking skin around your neck and throat with these toning exercises. If you still have young skin, these will help you keep it that way. Follow this regimen every day for a month, then drop down to three times a week.

Exercise 1: Sit straight and tilt your head back until you're looking at the ceiling. Keeping your lips closed, start a chewing motion. "Chew" twenty times. Relax and bring your head back to the starting position. Repeat the exercise five times.
Exercise 2: Sit upright, tilt your head back, and look at the ceiling. Pucker your lips like a kiss and then stretch the kiss as if you're trying to kiss the ceiling. Keep your lips puckered for the count of ten. Relax, bring your head back to its normal position, and repeat the exercise five times.
Exercise 3: Again, sit straight and tilt your head back until you're looking at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and relaxed. Next, move your lower lip over your top lip as far as possible. Hold it there for the count of five. Relax and repeat five times.
