Step 1: Turn on some fun dance music.
Step 2: Stand with your feet slightly apart and bend your knees. Jump up and down for 30 seconds.
Step 3: Do jumping jacks for 30 seconds, clapping your hands as loud as you can over your head.
Step 4: Run in place for 30 seconds, lifting your knees up as high as you can.
Step 5: Do your own version of a happy dance until your music stops!
