According to the Harvard Business Review, businesses that respond to leads within an hour generate 7 times the conversations. Yet only 37% of companies respond to new leads within an hour.

The biggest hole we see in accountant websites is the lack of a lead capture form. Next comes a plan to respond to the lead and to continue nurturing the lead until they become a client. Best approach is to set up a text message every time a lead is left on your website. Respond if you can within 15 minutes and they will probably stop searching.

I completely agree with you. Instant response is must-have for any business.
