Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) looking for information that can help them, and their firms, become more successful, have until mid-May to access members-only content from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA’s) Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS), even if their firms are not PCPS members. The normally restricted content, from noted professionals in the field, is free to all, for a limited time.
Content in the PCPS membership section draws on the experience of more than 83,000 CPAs from 6,000 local and regional firms across the country. PCPS content provides valuable practice management resources, in addition to giving a national voice to these firms on the issues affecting them. Visitor may view for free articles, tools and technical updates (all marked with a padlock icon) that are usually available only to employees of PCPS member firms. For more information, call 1-800-CPA-FIRM, or visit pcps.aicpa.org/Memberships/Join+PCPS.htm or click the “Join PCPS” button on the firm Practice Center’s home page. PCPS membership usually costs $35 annually per CPA, up to a maximum of $700.
