Polaris member firms that choose to affiliate with FCG may attend any of a number of training programs focused on business valuation, including the FCG University program. New firms also may take advantage of FCG’s extranet to exchange information and review, among other practice aids, various business valuation court cases. Participating Polaris firms will meet the same continuous, rigorous standards required of current FCG member firms and enjoy the same benefits.
"Both organizations truly benefit from this new relationship," said FCG President Larry R. Cook, CPA/ABV, CBA, principal of the Houston, TX firm of Cook, Gonsoulin, PLLC., and a founding member of FCG. "We are very pleased to partner with Polaris to expand our own membership as well as impart our members’ knowledge to Polaris firms."
"Our objective has always been to help our members be more successful by providing the relationships and assistance they need," said Rudolf Beilfuss, CPA, President of Polaris International. "It’s pretty simple—we are here to help in the key areas that determine success in today’s competitive environment. We are pleased to make the resources of FCG available to the Polaris firms."
