Most sophomores in high school are more worried about getting their driver's licenses than getting into college. The sophomore year is a great time to begin exploring post-secondary options for just that reason. There is plenty of time to gather information, both by requesting literature and doing research online, before making a decision. Resist the urge to make your decision too early, since your preferences may change over the next two years, but this is an excellent time to start narrowing your choices down to a group of 8-10.
