South Carolina CPA firms merge

South Carolina-based regional accounting and consulting firm WebsterRogers LLP has announced its merger with the certified public accounting practice of Bryan, Truesdale, Adkins & Williams, PA, whose principals have provided services in Summerville, SC, for over 27 years. Martha H. Bryan, James T. Truesdale, Ellen K. Adkins, and Betsy M. Williams formed the current firm in February 1999. In early 2001, Charlotte E. Allen became a shareholder.

New York accounting firms merge

ERE LLP, a full-service public accounting firm with offices in Manhattan and Westchester, announced that Goldman and Company has combined their practice with ERE, effective June 1.
