Business Students Rank PwC as Top Employer in The U.S.

A study of 6,000 undergraduate students released by Universum Communications, Inc. shows that business students at 56 universities rank PricewaterhouseCoopers as the ideal employer in the United States.

"The fact that PricewaterhouseCoopers ranked as the number one employer in 2002 comes as no surprise to Universum," said Claudia Tattanelli-Skeini, CEO of Universum Communications, Inc. "When examining our research, we noticed that this year more than before, students have associated PwC with offering very important opportunities such as a challenging work environment, great opportunities for training and development, high ethical standards and stability."

PwC has been one of the most active companies on college campuses this year, and has made strong efforts to solifidy many of the strong college relationships that it has established over the years.

According to the recent AccountingWEB survey of accounting students, maintaining a high profile on college campuses is key to attracting the best and brightest talent available.

PricewaterhouseCoopers has launched a marketing campaign geared to the 22-and-under audience, which includes a new college recruiting website ( www.pwcglobal.com/lookhere), and print ads in 40 different college newspapers.
