By Ryan Williams, TechBetter.com - YouMail is a fairly new service in which you can create "Smart" voicemail greetings. Richard Baker, one of Nexxtep's project managers, turned me on to this service. Among other things this service allows you to create different voicemail greetings based on caller ID. So, you can have one voice mail greeting for family and friends and another for business associates. YouMail also provides visual voicemail management via their website or via text message. It's worth checking out.
If you have an iPhone, however, you may consider it a step backward since the iPhone already has visual voicemail.
