As the burdens of busy season begin to layer upon us it is important to effectively manage our time so that we can be efficient as possible. I recently obtained a copy of The 4-Hour Workweek and found it to be full of excellent suggestions for increasing productivity and avoiding interruptions. Before you get your hopes up, don't expect to find a solution for cutting down your workweek by 25% let alone to 4 hours. However, you will find many fantastic techniques that can help spare a few hours of normally unproductive time which can be so important when we are facing our highest workload compression.
