PKF Texas accountant elected to national board of AAM

Raissa Evans, senior manager for practice growth at Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas) has been elected to the national board for the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM).

"I am proud to join this talented group of individuals and am excited to be given the opportunity to contribute to the strategic vision of AAM," said Evans.

As co-founder of the AAM Houston Chapter, Evans has worked diligently to promote the organization in the Houston marketplace. Supporting AAM at the national level, she has served as a Chapter Development Committee member and now as the second national Board member from PKF Texas, continuing the tradition set by Karen Love, Director, Practice Growth.

"The talents and skills Raissa has shown as a member of the award winning PKF Texas team for the last five and a half years will no doubt be on display as she gives back to our industry by serving on the board," said Love.

Evans will serve a two year term alongside 13 others who were elected by the general membership of AAM.
