ASA BV Standards Updated

The Business Valuation Standards of the American Society of Appraisers have been updated for the first time since 2002. In addition to a new standard on Intangible Asset Valuation, the ASA BV Standards subcommittee chaired by Chris Mercer, made a number of "housekeeping" changes to clarify and correct issues with the existing standards.
