Mandy Harlow Named "AccountingWEB's CPA Society Employee of the Year" for 2007

Mandy Harlow, Administrative Assistant for the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants (NDCPA), has been named "AccountingWEB's CPA Society Employee of the Year" for 2007.

The North Dakota Society’s prize employee was initially nominated by Nancy Andersen, a CPA for IRET Properties. Nancy was quick to nominate Harlow for her helpful attitude and top-notch customer service. Despite fierce competition across the nation, Harlow's attitude and demeanor stood out in the crowd.

Harlow confesses to loving her job, especially when she gets to interact with the 1500 members of the North Dakota Society. "I started this job over two years ago - and those two years have been the best period of my life. I do a little bit of everything since our office houses both the CPA Society and the Board of Accounting."

Talking with Harlow, it's clear that she has a great outlook on life, is a true "people person," and represents the Society well. Harlow, an expectant mother, plans to celebrate this award with a nice family dinner out. "I have been through so much in the past that this job was truly a blessing," says Harlow, "and receiving this award is just icing on the cake."
