USPAP For 2008-2009

By Eva Lang - The Appraisal Foundation has released the latest edition of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, effective for 2008 and 2009. This is a change from the annual USPAP edition to one that is effective for two years. The new version comes with "guidance" in the form of advisory opinions and frequently asked questions.
