Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP announced that Patrick Daly, James Lynch, Robert Winton and Lori Drucker have been admitted to the firm partnership, effective July 1, 2007.

Citrin Cooperman also announced the promotion of Reuben Rutman to Director.

“Our newest partners have done a tremendous job in helping the firm grow,” said Citrin Cooperman managing partner Joel Cooperman. “We look forward to their continued contributions.”

Citrin Cooperman is the 39th largest accounting firm in the U.S. and among the top 10 in the New York metropolitan area. The firm now employs 52 partners and nearly 200 professionals.

Daly specializes in taxation and accounting, including compliance and consulting services in a wide range of industries. He is responsible for advising both corporate and individual clients on tax issues and identifying tax saving opportunities.

Lynch, formerly the director of the litigation department at Citrin Cooperman, focuses on forensic accounting, which includes the measurement of economic damages, alleged copyright infringement, asset and income search for both marital disputes and as well as dissenting shareholder lawsuits, and employee embezzlement.

Winton provides the firm’s clients with tax planning, financial statement analysis, general accounting and business consulting services, and has developed a specialty niche in servicing supermarkets as well as other food service clients. Winton, who works out of Citrin Cooperman’s White Plains office, serves as co-chairman of the Westchester Chapter Young CPAs Committee, a part of the New York State Society of CPAs.

Drucker specializes in accounting and auditing services, and has extensive apparel and textile industry experience, including wholesale distribution and manufacturing. Drucker spent most of her career with Weinick, Sanders, Leventhal & Company, LLP, until they combined with Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP in 2005. She was promoted to director in 2006.

Reuben, who was promoted to director from manager, has been servicing the accounting and tax needs of clients in the real estate industry for almost 19 years. His specialties include the operations and development of residential and commercial real estate in New York City.
