More than 100 Deloitte employees were to venture outside their offices to serve as guest teachers to 1,200 students. As part of the program, students were to work on ethical problem-solving case studies with Deloitte's Junior Achievement volunteers.

In addition, 100 students will get the chance to shadow a Deloitte employee for a day, and 100 business/finance students will get a first-hand look at what it takes to succeed at college.

The mentoring program also provides 25 students with hands-on mentoring and underwritten paid summer internships.
