Accounting Today promotes itself as the most accurate barometer of the country's leading accounting firms available and its much-anticipated annual study of the nation's top firms examines their practices and the profession's growth areas. These findings were reported in the March/April editions of Accounting Today and Practical Accountant.
With revenue growth of almost 21 percent in 2006, bmc is now the 39th largest firm nationally based - up two spots from last year’s listing in the publication’s Top 100 Firms survey.
“Our phenomenal growth and top 40 national ranking are directly attributable to our dedicated professionals and market-leading clients,” commented bmc Chairman Lamar Stoltzfus. “We continue to focus on delivering exceptional client service and specialize in the industries that drive the Mid Atlantic region’s economic growth. This commitment serves our firm well by allowing us to attract high performance talent and quality clients in a highly competitive marketplace,” Stoltzfus added.
