Opening Paragraph (some sort of icebreaker)
I hope this finds you well. I recalled seeing a story in your publication some time back a story about charity and support from the business community.

One of our principals, George Dustin, just celebrated 30 years with the firm and has had a remarkable career. He was just featured in a local business journal for his activities as chairman of the local Easter Seals Campaign, raising more money than any campaign in the last several years. Internally, George also has seen his way clear to implement many innovative firm practices over the years. For example, we were the first firm in the state to have our own IT practice that has proven worthwhile both in terms of client service and revenue stream.
