Deloitte & Touche's Human Capital Advisory Services has arranged to partner with Hubbard & Revo-Cohen, Inc. (HRC), a leader in workplace risk management solutions. The goal will be to provide clients with diversity services and technology products.
HRC’s technology is called ALEX ™ (Advanced Learning Exchange) and offers training tools ranging from diversity to sexual and racial harassment.
The partnership will provide Deloitte & Touche with an opportunity to expand web-based training services in the areas of diversity, a growing area in the human resources consulting arena. Deloitte & Touche consultants anticipate using ALEX to help clients seek out areas that can be potentials for diversity-related lawsuits. The upside for HRC is the ability to work with Deloitte & Touche to establish itself as the leader in the training technology market.
