Partner of Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball celebrates 40 years with firm

The local certified public accounting firm of Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball, Chartered is celebrating 40 years of service by Partner Terry Brown, CPA. Brown joined the firm in June of 1970, shortly after graduating from college in May of the same year.

"Forty years with one company is almost unheard of in today's business world, so we definitely want to celebrate Terry's accomplishment and show our appreciation for his loyalty and dedication," stated Kenneth L. Beran, CPA, managing partner of Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball. "Terry has played an integral role in the growth and success of Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball over the years, and we are grateful for all he has done for the firm, our clients and our local communities."

In addition to Brown's CPA designation, he holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He also is a registered representative with HD Vest Financial Services.

Brown is a graduate of Kansas State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a member and former board member of the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA). Brown has long been actively involved with local community and civic groups and currently serves on the boards of the Ellinwood Area Health Foundation and the Ellinwood Public Schools & Library Foundation. He is also the Treasurer of the Ellinwood Rotary Club.
