Hyams, Manzetti join Friedman LLP to launch governance, risk, and compliance services practice

Friedman LLP recently announced that Kevin Hyams and Peter Manzetti have joined Friedman LLP's New York City office as partner and director, respectively, of the firm's newly launched practice area: the Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRC) Practice.

Hyams comes to Friedman LLP with more than 30 years of experience assisting SEC registrants, privately held companies, and not-for-profit organizations to achieve and maintain governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and processes optimized for risk-mitigation and cost-efficiency. Prior to joining Friedman LLP, Manzetti led large-scale multinational Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) engagements for clients in a variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, and publishing. Manzetti also is an accomplished management consultant and business analyst, with significant experience in both the public and private sectors.
