HORNE LLP names new partner in charge of health care services

HORNE LLP recently announced that Katherine Watts, CPA, has been named the partner in charge of HORNE Health Care services for the firm.

Watts assumes responsibility for the management and operations of HORNE's Health Care business unit, which includes oversight of the firm's reimbursement and advisory practice, physician services, revenue cycle services, and health care assurance services. Watts will continue her client work in physician services in taxation, business accounting and advisory, valuation, and compensation.

Watts joined HORNE in 2004 as a partner in HORNE's Jackson, TN, office. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants, the Health Care Advisors Association, and the Health Care Compliance Association. In addition, she is chair-elect and board member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
