Day 65: At Work Interval Blast!

Fitness expert Cindy Whitmarsh has provided us with a Wednesday workout that will get your heart pumping.

Try this workout in your office at least twice a day. This is a ten-minute workout designed to help you burn calories, increase your energy levels throughout the day, and help you lose weight!

Perform each of the following for one minute:

Jumping jacks

Chair triceps dips

Squats

Pushups on your desk

Jog in place

Chair knee tucks

Alternating jumping lunges

Desk march

Pliés
