Day 51: Stop! Stretch!

Tired of crouching over your desk and using the keyboard all day? Try these arm circle exercises and give yourself an afternoon pick-me-up!

Step 1: Push your chair back from your desk so you have some room to stretch.

Step 2: Stick both of your arms straight out to the sides with your fingers pointed at the ceiling, as if you're a traffic cop stopping traffic in both directions.

Step 3: Slowly make wide circles with your arms.

Make 20 arm circles (at least!) in one direction, and then change circle direction and repeat.
