Day 3: Buns of Steel™
Here's a great way to prevent "office chair spread."
Step 1: Sit in your chair, lie on your back, or stand up with your feet slightly apart.
Step 2: Squeeze your buttocks as tight as you can.
Step 3: Hold for five to ten seconds.
Step 4: Repeat as many times as you'd like throughout the day.
This one's so easy, you can do it while you're on the phone or gazing at your computer screen.
